Inquiry, not booking
Submitting or sending an inquiry does not hold a room and does not create a confirmed reservation. A stay becomes confirmed only when Ceylon Oasis explicitly confirms availability and the guest completes any next steps provided directly by the property.
Rates and availability
Displayed rates, discounts, room details and services are marketing information and may change. Taxes, supplements, child policies, minimum stays or special-date conditions may apply. The team will provide the current offer for your dates before confirmation.
Guest information
You are responsible for providing accurate dates, guest counts, ages where requested and relevant needs. Room capacity limits apply for comfort and safety.
Cancellations and conduct
Payment, cancellation, no-show and house rules will be shared with the booking offer or confirmation. Guests must follow property safety instructions, respect other guests and use facilities responsibly.
